Phones Are Awesome

My husband and I are sponsoring a child through "Gospel for Asia", and as I was writing a letter to her the other day I decided it might be interesting for her if I drew a girl around her age from my own culture. As I sat down to think what a typical 14-15 year old girl in my culture was like, I couldn't think of anything else than being/taking pics on a smartphone. I was a little embarrassed to draw a teenager on her phone representing a girl from my culture, but that's what they do.

Just wanted to share, phones are awesome, but not when we're on it more than in the real world (and this doesn't only apply to teenagers, lol!). Hopefully soon with better choices our culture won't be defined by heads bent and getting lost in our phones! Phones are awesome! Just handle with care! :)
